A person, not just a search
A member of the Akinn team works your shortlist directly — calling homes, checking real availability, and coming back to you with options, not a list of links.
Urgent placement
Some placements can't wait — a hospital discharge, a sudden change in health, a care arrangement that's broken down. We're building a priority service where a member of our team takes on the search directly. It's still in development, and we want to be upfront about that rather than promise something we can't yet deliver.

Fast-tracking changes how quickly we work, not how homes are ranked. The same Best Match algorithm applies — speed is a service, not a way to buy a better position.
When this launches, it will be a flat fee for the faster search and comparison service. It won't be a fee for a successful placement, and it won't affect any home's ranking.
What's live and what's coming
Priority handling and payment for a fast-track service both need infrastructure we haven't built yet. Right now, this page collects interest so we know who to contact first when it's ready — it doesn't change how quickly your enquiry is handled today.
Request early access
Coming soon: a paid, priority version of this service that puts a member of our team directly on your search. Today, this form records your interest so we can contact you as soon as it's ready. Why "coming soon"?
If this is an emergency — for example a hospital discharge with nowhere to go — please don't wait for us. Contact your local council's adult social services team (most have an emergency duty team outside office hours) or call homes directly. Akinn can't yet act faster than that.
