The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.

Most of the people and their relatives we met gave positive feedback about living in and visiting Seaview Nursing Home. They told us they were cared for by respectful and kind staff, that looked after them well. Relatives said things had improved over the past 6 months with the registered manager and staff team keeping them well informed with their relative’s care. One relative said, “No concerns and to be honest it’s very welcoming when you walk in, staff always greet you, very visible staff and wouldn’t hesitate to raise anything very approachable.” People told us, “I feel safe, staff are kind,” “I like living here, would like more time in the garden but it has been hot”, “Good food and choice, we have lots going on that I can join in”, and “I am younger than most here, but I can tell you, staff are kind and very nice, helpful but not overbearing and deputy has a great sense of humour.”
